We are delighted to be hosting books by our friends at Books Illustrated. Mike and Hilary have traded original illustrations for years and after they began commissioning new works they soon decided that it made sense to publish them.
They have recently published Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, illustrated by Christian Birmingham, whose artwork illuminates this page.

Books Illustrated is publishing their eighth fine limited edition in 2019, illustrated by Christian Birmingham … the evergreen classic children’s summer story of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Christian Birmingham has always wanted to illustrate Alice but, until now, didn’t feel he was ready. It was the finding of his perfect Alice that made this lovely edition become a reality. His pastel works are full of light and hidden treasures, which bring to life Carroll’s outrageous characters and their adventures down the rabbit hole with Alice.
